Nimbe Gojju
Nimbe Gojju
Made from lemon juice and grated coconut
Ingredients
- 1 no Lemon
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Salt As reqd
- 1/2 of Coconut
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 stalk Curry leaves
Instructions
- Roast the green chillies.
- Add the lemon juice squeezed out of lemon to that.
- Heat a little oil in another pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add turmeric powder and curry leaves.
- Switch off the burner and add the seasoning to the chutney.
- :-Nimbe Gojju or Lemon chutney is ready to be served with hot rice and chapatis and dosa.
