Step 1

Clean the carrots and peel off the skin.

Step 2

Grate the carrots and allow to boil it in milk for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add cardomom powder into it and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 5

Add the boiled carrots and sugar into it and and simmer for
10 minutes.

Step 6

Garnish it using cashewnuts.

Step 7

:- Serve warm.

Step 8

Carrot halwa is ready!!!!
