Step 1

Boil potato, cauliflower and green peas.

Step 2

In a pan, add little butter or oil.

Step 3

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Step 4

Add chopped onions.

Step 5

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for sometime till raw smell goes.

Step 6

Add boiled potatoes, cauliflower and green peas.

Step 7

Press all with potato masher.

Step 8

Add butter sticks.

Step 9

Add pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.

Step 10

Add salt and water.

Step 11

Allow it to cook for 5 mins

Step 12

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 13

:- Serve with hot paav, raw onions and lemon juice.
