Directions

Step 1

Wash chicken throughly.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 3

Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper and salt.

Step 4

Cover and cook on a low flame, till chicken is tender.

Step 5

Grind together mint leaves, curd, coriander leaves, garam masala and green chillies.

Step 6

Add the above paste into the chicken.

Step 7

Cook on a high flame, till the water dries up and oil starts to clear on the sides of the pan.

Step 8

Add water to make a little gravy.

Step 9

Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

Step 10

:- Serve with rice or parathas.

green is my favourite color.......... good job......... try to reduce spicy .......... i wait for reciepe of yellow, blue n black chicken....
