North Indian Style Green Chicken Chicken with the colour and flavour of coriander and mint leaves 1 kg Chicken1/2 tsp Pepper1/4 tsp Turmeric powderGinger (garlic paste - 2 tbsp)Salt (As reqd)1/2 kg Curd1 tsp Garam masala8 tbsp Coriander leaves8 tbsp Mint leaves (Pudhina)8 nos Green chillies8-10 Oil Wash chicken throughly.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper and salt.Cover and cook on a low flame, till chicken is tender.Grind together mint leaves, curd, coriander leaves, garam masala and green chillies.Add the above paste into the chicken.Cook on a high flame, till the water dries up and oil starts to clear on the sides of the pan.Add water to make a little gravy.Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.:- Serve with rice or parathas.
