Hello I came across ur recipe for tandoori chicken. I am a hearty fan of Tandoori Chicken Being a Punjabi. But actually curry leaves can never ever be a part of it for sure. Using Kashmiri Red Chilly powder is best as it gives authentic colour without the use of artificial colours. And Everest Tandoori Masala Powder is also a good option Plus chat masala should always be sprinkled before serving.
