Add curd, red chilli powder and the masala powder and mix well. It will turn to a red colored paste.
Add Chicken pieces to it and mix well.
Keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 3-4 hours.
Grill it on a barbeque grill (or oven). If you like you can brush or spray the sides with oil as you grill (u can use any oil like olive oil or canola oil).
Serve it as big pieces, or slice it into small stripsa
:-You can get Red Chilli Powder and Rajah Tandoori Masala Powder at Indian Stores.
Hello I came across ur recipe for tandoori chicken. I am a hearty fan of Tandoori Chicken Being a Punjabi. But actually curry leaves can never ever be a part of it for sure. Using Kashmiri Red Chilly powder is best as it gives authentic colour without the use of artificial colours. And Everest Tandoori Masala Powder is also a good option Plus chat masala should always be sprinkled before serving.
i am reeta. i eat tandoori chicken. i make it. it is nice. very hot. i come form bangladesh. it is hot .
