Step 1

Soak the oil cake for two days in water.

Step 2

:-Any impurities would settle at the bottom. Remove the dough carefully by avoiding bottom layer.

Step 3

Tie the dough in a thick cloth. Water will be drained and thick dough is obtained.

Step 4

Split the lemon leaves in to small pieces and add to the oil cake dough.
:-Lemon leaves impart pleasant smell to the dough.

Step 5

Add three or four spoons of lemon juice, Garlics, salt and the red chilly powder and mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Leave the preparation for one day to settle.
