  • Oil Cake(Ground nut or Sesame) - 250 gms
  • garlic - 10 bulbs
  • Lemon leaves - 6 nos
  • Lemons - 2 nos
  • Red chilly powder - 5 tsp
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. Soak the oil cake for two days in water.
  2. :-Any impurities would settle at the bottom. Remove the dough carefully by avoiding bottom layer.
  3. Tie the dough in a thick cloth. Water will be drained and thick dough is obtained.
  4. Split the lemon leaves in to small pieces and add to the oil cake dough. :-Lemon leaves impart pleasant smell to the dough.
  5. Add three or four spoons of lemon juice, Garlics, salt and the red chilly powder and mix thoroughly.
  6. Leave the preparation for one day to settle.
