Remove stems, wash spinach thoroughly in running water.
Blanch (partly cook) it in salted boiled water for two minutes.
Squeeze the excess water and grind the spinach with some coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and it begins to change colour, add chopped garlic and saute for half a minute.
Add chopped onion and chopped green chillies and saute till it becomes translucent.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, black salt and salt and saute for few seconds.
Add curd. Mix well.
Add the paalak-coriander paste and paneer cubes and mix with all the ingredients and cook till it become thick gravy.
Cook, until done.
