An healthy side dish with paalak(
Spinach
) and paneer

Ingredients

Black

Onion
½
cup
Curd
¼
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
2
tsp
Coriander leaves paste
Instructions
Remove stems, wash
spinach
thoroughly in running
water
.
Blanch (partly cook) it in salted boiled
water
for two minutes.
Squeeze the excess
water
and grind the
spinach
with some coriander leaves.
Heat
oil
in a pan. Add
cumin seeds
and it begins to change colour, add chopped
garlic
and saute for half a minute.
Add chopped
onion
and chopped
green chillies
and saute till it becomes translucent.
Add
coriander powder
,
turmeric powder
, black
salt
and
salt
and saute for few seconds.
Add curd. Mix well.
Add the paalak-coriander paste and paneer cubes and mix with all the ingredients and cook till it become thick gravy.
Cook, until done.
