Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add the cinnamon and bay leaves.

Step 3

Add the coarsely chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.

Step 4

Add the washed spinach leaves.

Step 5

Reduce heat to sim and saute for 5 mins or till the spinach is wilted.

Step 6

Remove from fire and keep aside to cool.

Step 7

Blend the mixture in a blender or mixer with little water.

Step 8

:- Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick before blending.

Step 9

Return the paste to pan and add the amount of water required to your desired consistency.

Step 10

Bring to boil.

Step 11

Add milk, pepper and salt.

Step 12

Reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins.

Step 13

Add butter.

Step 14

:- Serve hot.


It is lovely and delicious, I admit was a bit apprehensive about trying it, but it tasted too good, now we have it once a week. keep up the good work
