Step 1

Take all the ingredients(except ghee) in a bowl. Break open the eggs and add the white and yellow yolk to the ingredients in the bowl.

Step 2

Mix the contents thoroughly and prepare a somewhat thick batter. Allow to settle for about fifteen to twenty minutes.

Step 3

To a frying pan, add two spoons of ghee and heat. Take 1/4th cup of dough and pour it as a thick round pan cake of about six inch width and gently fry in low frame on both sides adding ghee as and when required.

Step 4

Repeat the process with the remaining dough and prepare as many pan cakes as possible.

Step 5

Serve hot with hot and sweet sauce.
