Step 1

For making pan cakes:-
1)Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.

For the topping:-
1)Cook chicken with ginger, garlic, salt and green chillies.

Step 2

Remove the bones and mince.

Step 3

:- Do not mince it till smooth. Just run it once in a mixer grinder.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 5

Saute onions, chilly powder and turmeric powder, pepper powder and tomato.

Step 6

Add minced chicken to this and and stir for sometime.

Step 7

Add coriander leaves to this and stir.

Step 8

Turn off the stove.

Step 9

Heat a non-stick pan and pour 1 big spoon full of batter.

Step 10

Spread it. Do not make it thin.

Step 11

Cover and cook on a low flame.

Step 12

When it is cooked, transfer this onto a plate and put the chicken mix on top of it.

Step 13

:- You can try this with any other meat too.

Step 14

:- Pan cake can be made thin and spread chocolate spread/Jam/ grated coconut with sugar on the top and roll it. Children will like it.
