Step 1

Crush paneer cubes with hand.

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadai.

Step 3

Add cumin seeds.

Step 4

Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute well.

Step 5

When onion becomes soft, add crushed paneer and mix it well for 5 mins.

Step 6

Add salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix it well for another 5 mins.

Step 7

Sprinkle the garam masala over the dish and cover it with a lid and keep it on a very low flame for 5 mins.

Step 8

After 5 mins, remove it from fire and mix it well.

Step 9

:- Make sure that the dish is dry with a consistency of scrambled egg.


So easy and any one can make in much less time
