Instructions
  1. Crush paneer cubes with hand.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai.
  3. Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute well.
  4. When onion becomes soft, add crushed paneer and mix it well for 5 mins.
  5. Add salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix it well for another 5 mins.
  6. Sprinkle the garam masala over the dish and cover it with a lid and keep it on a very low flame for 5 mins.
  7. After 5 mins, remove it from fire and mix it well.
  8. :- Make sure that the dish is dry with a consistency of scrambled egg.
