Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a minute.

Step 3

Add the onion paste and fry, until the oil separates.

Step 4

Add the tomato puree along with all the powders and stir well.

Step 5

Add salt and sugar and simmer for 5 mins.

Step 6

Drop in the paneer cubes gently, without breaking it.

Step 7

Simmer for 1 min and take off the heat.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with a generous swirl of cream on top and fresh hot naan.


its the worst curry on earth.this may even lead to acute diohhrea.


not so gud...but worth trying
