  • Paneer(cubed) - 300 gm
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Onions(chopped and boiled, until soft and translucent and then ground to a paste) - 2 nos
  • Tomato puree(cook the tomatoes and mash it) - 10 tbsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a minute.
  3. Add the onion paste and fry, until the oil separates.
  4. Add the tomato puree along with all the powders and stir well.
  5. Add salt and sugar and simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Drop in the paneer cubes gently, without breaking it.
  7. Simmer for 1 min and take off the heat.
  8. :- Serve hot with a generous swirl of cream on top and fresh hot naan.
