Ingredients

Step 1

For making puris:-
1)Mix the ingredients to make a smooth dough.

Step 2

:- There is no need to beat the dough.

Step 3

Make chapathis out of it and cut out very small round puris approximately 3 - 4 cm diameter.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadai.

Step 5

Gently drop the puris. Gently press the puris so that it swells into a single bubble.

Step 6

Keep the fire slow and keep on turning the puris till its golden crisp.

Step 7

Take out and drain on paper.

Step 8

For making the filling:-
Mix all the ingredients given, adding salt to taste.

Step 9

Heat it gently.

Step 10

For making the pani:-
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Step 11

:- Check for the taste. It should be a mixture of sweet, sour and chilly.

Step 12

For making pani puris:-
Make a hole in the centre of the puri and keep the filling.

Step 13

Dip in pani and have.

The poori recipe is excellent!!! Every poori rose up and were crispy. Thanks a lot fr ur contribution. I never try unrated recipes but took a chance this time. It was worth it. Cant vouch for the pani recipe as i made it from another recipe.
