Step 1

For making puris:-
1)Mix the ingredients to make a smooth dough.

Step 2

:- There is no need to beat the dough.

Step 3

Make chapathis out of it and cut out very small round puris approximately 3 - 4 cm diameter.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadai.

Step 5

Gently drop the puris. Gently press the puris so that it swells into a single bubble.

Step 6

Keep the fire slow and keep on turning the puris till its golden crisp.

Step 7

Take out and drain on paper.

Step 8

For making the filling:-
1)Mix all the ingredients given, adding salt to taste.

Step 9

Heat it gently.

Step 10

For making the pani:-
1)Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Step 11

:- Check for the taste. It should be a mixture of sweet, sour and chilly.

Step 12

For making pani puris:-
1)Make a hole in the centre of the puri and keep the filling.

Step 13

Dip in pani and have.

it is very gud. but a bit confussion.


The poori recipe is excellent!!! Every poori rose up and were crispy. Thanks a lot fr ur contribution. I never try unrated recipes but took a chance this time. It was worth it. Cant vouch for the pani recipe as i made it from another recipe.
