Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Red gram soaked for 2 hrs, Thuvaraparippu
  • 1/2 cup Sabudana Sago/Chowari
  • 1/5 cup Kadalamavu Chana Daal
  • 4 - Green chillies can reduce or increase depending on your spicy intake
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • Water just enough to make the dough
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Soak the parippu for atleast 2 hrs.
  • Grind the soaked parippu with water.
  • Add chillies and onions.
  • Add sabudana, chana daal and salt.
  • Mix all these ingredients well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, make small rounds out of the above mixture, and put into the hot oil.
  • Fry it till it tourns brown, and then take it out of the oil and put into a plate.
  • Your vada is now ready to have with tomato chutney.
