Step 1

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them.

Step 2

Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.

Step 3

Heat oil and ghee in a pan and season with cumin seeds.

Step 4

Add onions and fry till they become translucent.

Step 5

Add ground masala and fry.

Step 6

When the oil separates, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry till it is mashed.

Step 7

Add mashed potatoes and other cooked vegetables, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt , sugar and masala powder.

Step 8

Pour enough water to make it a thick gravy. Try to mash vegetables while it is boiling.

Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves and finely cut onions.

Step 10

Cut bun horizontally into half or dinner rolls can be used as pav.

Step 11

Apply little ghee/butter from the inside.

Step 12

Stuff masala inside and microwave for 30 seconds and serve with little more masala on its side.
