Pear Delight

For preparing pears delight, mix together milk, condensed milk, sugar & vanilla essence.

Freeze till well set, beat & refreeze till firm.

Chill the pears separately & cut into slices.

Heat the chocolate in 1 tsp water till it melts & keep aside.

While serving, put a scoopful of the frozen ice cream in each plate and cover with pears.

Pour chocolate sauce to taste, sprinkle almonds & serve.
