Pear Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 3 - Full cream milk
  • 200 g Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 425 g Pears canned
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Almonds To garnish
  • 25 g Cooking chocolate

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pears delight, mix together milk, condensed milk, sugar & vanilla essence.
  • Freeze till well set, beat & refreeze till firm.
  • Chill the pears separately & cut into slices.
  • Heat the chocolate in 1 tsp water till it melts & keep aside.
  • While serving, put a scoopful of the frozen ice cream in each plate and cover with pears.
  • Pour chocolate sauce to taste, sprinkle almonds & serve.
