Ingredients: 1/2 kg Bhindi/Ladies Finger; 1 no Onion (large); 1 no Green chilly; 1/2 tsp Corriander powder; 1/4 piece Ginger (optional); 1 tbsp Pepper powder; Turmeric (a pinch); Salt (to taste); Oil (to fry)

Ingredients

1/2 kg Bhindi/Ladies Finger
1 no Onion large
1 no Green chilly
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
1/4 piece Ginger optional
1 tbsp Pepper powder
Turmeric a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Instructions

Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
Fry well and add for a minute.
Add the bhindis.
Add salt and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
:- Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
