Instructions
  1. Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them
  2. Heat oil in a kadai.
  3. Fry well and add for a minute.
  4. Add the bhindis.
  5. Add salt and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. :- Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
