Step 1

For preparing phirini, heat milk in a pan till it comes to a boil and then reduce the flame and stir continuously.

Step 2

Add the rice flour while stirring the milk to prevent lumps.

Step 3

Add sugar and stir continuously till it begins to thicken.

Step 4

Add chopped almonds and pista.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with dry fruits and crushed cardamom.

Step 6

Refrigerate it for 3 hours.

Step 7

Phirini is ready. Serve chilled.
