Step 1

Cook pumpkin with water and salt.

Step 2

Grind the ingredients into a coarse form.

Step 3

Add the ground mixture in to the cooked pumpkin and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds followed by grinded Coconut,Uzhunnu,Red chillies,curry leaves.

Step 5

Pour it into the cooked pumpkin curry and mix well.

Step 6

:- Your Pumpkin Erissery is ready!!
:- Serve the Pumpkin Erissery with Rice.
:- Enjoy the Pumpkin Erissery!!!
