Instructions
  1. Cook pumpkin with water and salt.
  2. Grind the ingredients into a coarse form.
  3. Add the ground mixture in to the cooked pumpkin and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds followed by grinded Coconut,Uzhunnu,Red chillies,curry leaves.
  5. Pour it into the cooked pumpkin curry and mix well.
  6. :- Your Pumpkin Erissery is ready!! :- Serve the Pumpkin Erissery with Rice. :- Enjoy the Pumpkin Erissery!!!
