Step 1

Splutter mustard seeds followed by red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 2

To this add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add Garlic pods, pepper powder, Tamarind paste and salt.

Step 4

Boil it for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Step 6

:- Rasam is ready!!!
:- Serve Rasam with Rice!!
