Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 2

Add cashews, raisins, cardamom and fry till brown in color.

Step 3

Add rava and fry for 2 minutes or till the raw smell of the rava leaves. Keep this aside.

Step 4

Boil hot water in a pan and mix the fried rava and sugar in it.

Step 5

Mix well so that no lumps are formed.

Step 6

Add kesari color.

Step 7

When it becomes thick remove from flame.
:- Serve hot or chilled.




I tried it.. its really simple and tasty.
