Step 1

Make the dough for dosa by adding warm water, salt, a bit of ghee, chopped onions, carrots and tender green peas and green chillies. (Make the dough in such a consistency that its easy to spread with hand in the kadai\dosa kallu)

Step 2

Once a thick dough is made, heat the dosa kallu\kadai on high flame.

Step 3

Apply oil in the kadai nicely with a cloth\tissue.

Step 4

Start spreading the dough with wet fingertips so that the dough doesnt stick in ur hands n spreads evenly n nicely and make a desired round.

Step 5

Pour a tsp of oil into the dosa.

Step 6

Cover and cook on medium flame till the bottom of the dosa is crispy.

Step 7

Cook only one side of the dosa.

Step 8

:- Do not turn it.

Step 9

Remove from heat once the dosa is golden brown.

Step 10

Sprinkle coriander leaves if desired.

Step 11

:- Serve hot with peanut and coconut chutney.
