Step 1

Cook rice as per the instruction given on the package.
:- This needs little water to cook and this rice can be cooked in a rice cooker.

Step 2

Leave the pot to sit for some time.

3)While it is still warm, shape the rice into balls with your palm.
:- Keep a bowl of water to wet your hands so that the rice will not stick to your palm.

Step 3

Make a dent in the middle and leave some cucumber in it and shape into balls again.

Step 4

Place the balls in a platter and sprinkle furikake (various assortment) on it as shown in the picture.

Step 5

Can be eaten immediately or put to chill in the refrigerator for later use.
