Step 1

For preparing rice jelly, wash the rice well and soak it with cinnamon for about 45 minutes.

Step 2

Then cook it with 4 cups water until soft.

Step 3

Mash it thoroughly and cool. Add sugar and milk powder.

Step 4

Blend in the gelatine solution. Keep in fridge to set

Step 5

Serve with chocolate sauce.
