  • Gelatine(soak it in hot water) - 2 tbsp
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 pieces

Instructions
  1. For preparing rice jelly, wash the rice well and soak it with cinnamon for about 45 minutes.
  2. Then cook it with 4 cups water until soft.
  3. Mash it thoroughly and cool. Add sugar and milk powder.
  4. Blend in the gelatine solution. Keep in fridge to set
  5. Serve with chocolate sauce.
