Step 1

For preparing rose kesari, take a vessel and roast rava with ghee.

Step 2

Add in milk, sugar, rose essence and rose milk syrup. When it starts becoming thick add 1 tbsp of raisins, 1 tbsp of cashew nuts and 1 tbsp cherries. Mix well.

Step 3

Once it starts leaving the sides of the vessel, put the flame off and pour it into a greased flat tray.

Step 4

Spread the remaining raisins, cashew nuts and cherries. Allow it to cool.

Step 5

Rose kesari is ready.
