  • For preparing rose kesari, take a vessel and roast rava with ghee.
  • Add in milk, sugar, rose essence and rose milk syrup. When it starts becoming thick add 1 tbsp of raisins, 1 tbsp of cashew nuts and 1 tbsp cherries. Mix well.
  • Once it starts leaving the sides of the vessel, put the flame off and pour it into a greased flat tray.
  • Spread the remaining raisins, cashew nuts and cherries. Allow it to cool.
  • Rose kesari is ready.
