Step 1

For preparing saucy mushroom, first in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and little water and make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Dip mushroom in it and fry it in oil and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in kadai, fry onion, garlic, capsicum and curry leaves.

Step 4

Add Chilly powder, pepper powder and sugar. Mix well.

Step 5

While stiring, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and vinegar.

Step 6

Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and pour it in masala and slightly thicken.

Step 7

Immediately add fried mushroom pieces and mix well.

Step 8

Switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.

Step 9

Serve hot with coriander leaves on top with chappati/ parotta.
