Step 1

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 3

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 4

Add onion and green chilly ,coconut and saute for 3 - 4 mins.

Step 5

Add mushroom and enough salt and mix well.

Step 6

Cover and cook for 3 mins.

Step 7

:- Serve with rice.


And grated coconut?
