Instructions
  1. For preparing Sauteed Mushroom, first wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds.
  4. Add onion and green chilly, grated coconut and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  5. Add mushroom and enough salt and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for 3 mins. When done, saute in low flame for a few minues.
  7. :- Serve Sauteed Mushroom with rice.
