Step 1

Mix the chicken with little salt, egg, and corn flour.

Step 2

Deep-fry it in oil one by one.

Step 3

When it turns golden brown in colour, drain and remove.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilly and cashew nuts and sautT well till the onions turn brown.

Step 5

Add salt, sugar and vinegar.

Step 6

Add soya sauce, tomato sauce with a teaspoon of water.

Step 7

When the sauce is cooked, add the fried chicken and spring onions.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with any Fried rice.


i tried this recipe yest and it was really gud, i made a few alteratns to it thou, i added abt 8 gr chillies to make it more spicier and also turmeric powder & garlic ginger to the marinatn accordin to lovely`s recomendatn. the end product was pretty gud.the bowl was licked clean!!!!thnk u :)


I suggest instead of onion try to use spring onion which will make the dish more delicious and colourful too. Lovely ideas is also good by adding additional items. Anyway..keep it up


Well, I added sum stuff to this recipe - here it is.. I marinated the chicken with 1 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp garlic, Red food color- as required, salt, turmeric - 1/4 tsp, Chilli pdr - 1 tsp., corn flour & egg. Marinate it atleast for 2 hours, it will taste better in the end. Then while preparing the dish, I added 1/2 of Orange bell pepper & 1/2 of yellow or green pepper to the onions. Then I added White wine - 1 tbsp & Granulated sugar 1 tbsp along with other ingredients mentioned in this recipe. Try this variation out... u wont regret it..! :-)
