Instructions Mix the chicken with little salt, egg, and corn flour. Deep-fry it in oil one by one. When it turns golden brown in colour, drain and remove. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilly and cashew nuts and sautT well till the onions turn brown. Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce with a teaspoon of water. When the sauce is cooked, add the fried chicken and spring onions. :- Serve hot with any Fried rice. I marinated the chicken with 1 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp garlic, Red food color- as required, salt, turmeric – 1/4 tsp, Chilli pdr – 1 tsp., corn flour & egg. Marinate it atleast for 2 hours, it will taste better in the end.Then while preparing the dish, I added 1/2 of Orange bell pepper & 1/2 of yellow or green pepper to the onions. Then I added White wine – 1 tbsp & Granulated sugar 1 tbsp along with other ingredients mentioned in this recipe.
