Step 1

Add all ingredients except jeera, oil and garlic in a pressure cooker with 1-2 cup of water and pressure cook in for 15 minutes or till done.

Step 2

Mash these ingredients with a hand masher till completely smashed but do not turn it to a paste.

Step 3

Keep it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Take 2 tablespoons of oil and splutter jeera and saute garlic.

Step 5

Add this to the sai bhaji.

Step 6

:- Serve hot with plain rice or pulao or the traditional Sindhi rice Bhugal Chanvaar or Brown rice.
