Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except jeera, oil and garlic in a pressure cooker with 1-2 cup of water and pressure cook in for 15 minutes or till done.
  2. Mash these ingredients with a hand masher till completely smashed but do not turn it to a paste.
  3. Keep it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Take 2 tablespoons of oil and splutter jeera and saute garlic.
  5. Add this to the sai bhaji.
  6. :- Serve hot with plain rice or pulao or the traditional Sindhi rice Bhugal Chanvaar or Brown rice.
