Step 1

Peel the skin off the snake guard and core the seeds.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add chopped onions followed by masalas and cook the masala.

Step 4

Add the minced chicken and cook for some more time.

Step 5

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Step 6

Stuff the cooked chicken inside the snake guard tightly.

Step 7

Cut the snake guard into roundels of 1/2 inch thickness.

Step 8

Make batter ready by adding flour salt and water.

Step 9

Dip the cut snake guard into the batter.

Step 10

Deep fry in hot oil.

Step 11

:- Serve.

Step 12

:- You can use vegetables in place of chicken also.
