Step 1

Mince chicken into small pieces.

Step 2

Fry onion and garlic in oil. Grind it and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Step 4

Splutter mustard and fennel seeds.

Step 5

Add onion and fry until it turns golden brown.

Step 6

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Step 7

When the raw smell of ginger garlic disappears, add tomato.

Step 8

Add all the powders except pepper powder and fry for a minute.

Step 9

Add the ground masala and chicken.

Step 10

Pour less water and cover it with a lid.

Step 11

Allow it to cook for few minutes.

Step 12

Add salt.

Step 13

When the chicken is cooked fine and thick, add the pepper powder and mix well.

Step 14

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 15

:- Serve with chappathi, roti, naan and also with rice.
