Boil 3 cups of water and put the sproutes in it and cook for 5 mins.
Drain out the water and keep the sproutes aside.
In a kadai, heat some oil and put cinnamon stick.
Add onion and salt and saute well.
Grind coconut with garlic and chillies without water.
Add it into the kadai and saute well for 2 - 3 mins.
Add pepper powder and coriander powder.
Add chopped mushroom and cook closed for 10 mins on lower flame.
After 10 mins, add sproutes and cook for 5 mins.
Finally add coriander leaves.
:- Serve with chappathis and/or rice.
