Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 300 gm Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • Saffron A few stands
  • 1/2 tsp Pista and Almonds crushed

Instructions
 

  • Tie curd in clean muslin cloth for 6 - 7 hrs.
  • Take it into bowl, add sugar and mix. Keep aside for 25 - 30 mins.
  • Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved.
  • Strain it through big holed srainer.
  • Mix cardamom, saffron and half nuts.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Top with remaining nuts.
  • Chill 2 - 3 hrs before serving.
