Step 1

Tie curd in clean muslin cloth for 6 - 7 hrs.

Step 2

Take it into bowl, add sugar and mix. Keep aside for 25 - 30 mins.

Step 3

Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved.

Step 4

Strain it through big holed srainer.

Step 5

Mix cardamom, saffron and half nuts.

Step 6

Pour into serving glasses.

Step 7

Top with remaining nuts.

Step 8

Chill 2 - 3 hrs before serving.
