1/2 kg Curd300 gm Sugar1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)Saffron (A few stands)1/2 tsp Pista and Almonds (crushed) Tie curd in clean muslin cloth for 6 - 7 hrs.Take it into bowl, add sugar and mix. Keep aside for 25 - 30 mins.Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved.Strain it through big holed srainer.Mix cardamom, saffron and half nuts.Pour into serving glasses.Top with remaining nuts.Chill 2 - 3 hrs before serving.
