For preparing steak tartare, mince the steak.
Make 4 meat balls and flatten them out in the middle of each palm.
Put half an egg shell on each meat ball with a raw yolk inside.
Arrange little piles of parsley, shallots and capers around the meat.
Each guest can season according to their taste using the garnishes provided in the table(To season).
Steak tartare is ready. Serve with chips, lettuce or potato salad.
