Step 1

Wash all 5 capsicums.

Step 2

Slice one thinly and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat a little oil in a pan.

Step 4

Add onions and saute, till golden brown.

Step 5

Add the sliced capsicum and saute.

Step 6

Add the garam masala and pepper and saute well, till the raw smell of the masala goes.

Step 7

Add the tomato sauce and soya sauce to it.

Step 8

Add mushrooms and paneer and saute well on a low flame.

Step 9

Add salt.

Step 10

Remove from fire.

Step 11

Preheat the oven at around 175 degrees.

Step 12

Carefully, slice the tops of the remaining 4 capsicums and remove the seed inside.

Step 13

Stuff them with the filling.

Step 14

Carefully, replace the tops of the capsicum.

Step 15

Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees.

I tried the recipe with some red capsicums from Netherlands and the taste was good ...i might recommend increasing the quantity of onions though
